Forehead is a pink, four-headed mustached experiment with four dog-like heads a four arms and four red bowties on his necks that speaks English. Designed to sing barbershop music off-key, agonizing anyone who hears it. His one true place is with Mrs. Hasagawa as one of her "cats." He´s the 44th experiment.He is voiced by Jymn Magon.
Bio[]
Experiment 044 was the 44th genetic experiment created by Jumba with Hämsterviel's funding. He was designed to agonize his victims with annoying off-key barbershop tunes.
044 and the other first 624 experiments were deactivated and smuggled to Earth by Jumba during his mission to capture Experiment 626.
All of the experiment pods were released and scattered across the island of Kauai. 044's pod was one of the many experiment pods that landed in Mrs. Hasagawa's yard.
Lilo & Stitch: The Series[]
044's pod was found by Mrs. Hasagawa along with numerous other pods.
When Lilo and Stitch visited Mrs. Hasagawa, she, mistaking the experiment pods for apricots, offered them to Lilo and Stitch, but not before washing them and thus activating the experiments.
Lilo, Stitch, Jumba and Pleakley later captured 044 and the other experiments, but returned them to Mrs. Hasagawa when they saw how much she cared for them.
Leroy & Stitch[]
The first 624 experiments, including Forehead, were rounded up by Leroy and taken to a stadium to be destroyed. However, Lilo, Stitch, Jumba, Pleakley, Reuben and Gantu arrived before the experiments could be destroyed.
Forehead participated in the following battle between the experiments and the Leroy clones, but it is unknown what he did. He probably agonized the Leroys with his off-key barbershop singing.
The Leroys soon gained the upper hand in the battle, but were defeated when Lilo, Stitch, Reuben and several other experiments performed the song Aloha Oe, which caused the Leroy army to shut down due to the original Leroy's failsafe.

Weaknesses[]
If Forehead sees a music sheet in front of him, he will struggle to sing the notes on the sheet, then after realizing he can't do it, he will eventually collapse and faint.
