Huggo (A.K.A. Experiment 489) is an illegal genetic octopus-like experiment created by Jumba Jookiba. He is designed to use his tentacles to squeeze the life out of his victims. After Lilo and Stitch catch him, they controlled his squeezing pressure for good. His one true place is at a therapy being a squeeze machine to calm hyper-sensitive persons, usually individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
